Steel Frame Goes Up at Pektron

Good to see that the steelwork has commenced at Pektron’s new R & D facility and is progressing well.

AJS Structural Design have provided consultant engineering services for the steelwork, foundation, drainage and external works design on this project.

We were pleased to see, during our site visit, that the foundations are nearing completion on the new Pektron R & D Building at Alfreton Road, Derby, ready for the erection of the steelwork.

First Unit Goes Up At Dunstall Park

The first unit of Phase 1 at Dunstall Park Road, Ascot Drive, Derby is nearing completion. This unit unlocks the first 1500m2 floor space of the new business park by Ivygrove Developments.

The development is set to deliver over 8000m2 of industrial and trade counter space with Phase 1 delivering over 3000+m2 floor space and a further 5000+m2 to be delivered in phase 2. The 3rd phase will see the delivery of a new police station.

AJS Structural Design are proud to have provided services for drainage, civils and structural design work for the project.
