The first unit of Phase 1 at Dunstall Park Road, Ascot Drive, Derby is nearing completion. This unit unlocks the first 1500m2 floor space of the new business park by Ivygrove Developments.

The development is set to deliver over 8000m2 of industrial and trade counter space with Phase 1 delivering over 3000+m2 floor space and a further 5000+m2 to be delivered in phase 2. The 3rd phase will see the delivery of a new police station.

AJS Structural Design are proud to have provided services for drainage, civils and structural design work for the project.

Our Senior Project Coordinator, Jamie Taylor, will be boxing in a UWCB Charity Boxing Event on the 6th April to raise money for Cancer Research.

All of us here at AJS want to wish him the best of luck with his bout, we will certainly all be there to support him….. but mainly to watch him take few on the chin.
